half a cup of rolled oats, one strawberry cottage doubles pack, vanilla nonfat yogurt, a handful of red currant, a teaspoon of cocoa powder
It had been FOREVER since I'd made oatmeal, which is weird seeing as I love oatmeal. I really shouldn't take classes that start so early in the morning. I'd been either skipping breakfast or not eating enough of it the past week, and it always ended up the same way... me eating way too much for lunch. And then I feel sick. So I'm making an effort to eat a good breakfast now.
So I guess this is the part where I confess where I really need to make a change - I'm addicted to apples. A few hours after breakfast I got one because I was craving the crunch and ended up downing six. Now I know it's better than six slices of cake but it's still sugar.
About a half hour later (once they settled) I put some of that sugar to good use doing the Bootcamp Calorie Burn workout from Exercise TV.
After a few hours I did some ab work.
